Larissa was a wonderful agent! My sister and I sold our parents’ home, which was complicated by the presence of a trust, tricky local requirements, some international travel, an estate sale auction and some questions on “modular” versus “manufactured”. Larissa handle all of that - and more - with grace, detailed research, and solid advice. We went through the typical highs and lows of real estate sales… the joy of having our parents moving into the 55+ community of their dreams, the uncertainty of what upgrades to make to house, the suspense of showing after showing, the disappointment of not getting any offers, the over-enthusiastic optimism of getting an offer and finally the relief of closing the deal. Throughout all of those stages, Larissa was there dispensing advice and encouragement, talking me off the edge with a solid dose of laughter. She’s an outstanding resource and detail-oriented organizer and planner. If I could give her 5,000 stars, I would!
