She helped us find cleaners, landscapers, and handymen in El Paso, to help us get our parents house ready to sell and then she sold it for asking price within the he timeline we were hoping for in a difficult market! You don’t have to be texting back-and-forth with her like most agents and you don’t have to wait till after 12 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon to get a call back if you’re lucky enough, you get one in the same day you don’t get one until the next day she calls you back the same day

Selling my parents' home with Larisa was a great experience. She was patient with us, her communication was excellent and thorough. She helped with everything! She had references for the repairs that were necessary and organized the repairs as well. She had opinions but wasn't pushy at all. She let us lead the sale, while she served as a facilitator. And she scheduled a notary to come to me to sign the paperwork, since I was out of town. She did not waste any of my time and responded when I was trying to get ahold of her.
