LaRay is a top-notch realtor who was wonderful about staying in constant communication with us and went the extra mile as the listing agent. She did an outstanding job listing our home, marketing it, and of course successfully selling our home in the over $2 million range. Here are some extraordinary things she did to help us get top dollar for our home. Prior to listing the home, she suggested our own home inspection to ensure there were no surprises. She hired a stager, then brought her own items to stage the house, physically helped us clean out our garage, reimbursed us for a house cleaning before an open house, reimbursed us for getting the windows professionally cleaned inside and out. She also did some intense marketing on social media. Interestingly enough, she found the buyers by holding an open house. It might be considered “old school”, but there is no substitute for people seeing your home in person. This is only a short list of so many things LaRay did to help us during a stressful time. Additionally, she handled many road bumps with showings and with our closing. As former realtors, we have never seen such dedication to preparing a home to show well.
