Laranda is very knowledgeable about the local market, including what buyers are looking for, what features to emphasize and how things compare. She is a great communicator and explains things wonderfully, along with being diplomatic when needed. She achieved great results in a very short period of time, just as she expected. On top of all of this, Laranda is a wonderful, caring human being and a joy to work with!

Laranda was great! We met her through family referral and she was there to support immediately. My wife and I were first time home buyers so I had many questions for Laranda and she was always more than happy to answer/explain. She was very patient throughout our buying process and was there to help and offer suggestions to ensure we found our dream home!

I cannot say enough about our experience while working with Laranda. The home search process was sometimes overwhelming especially as first time home buyers. We had very little knowledge of how the process worked, and she guided us every step of the way. Laranda researched the homes that seemed to be a good match for us and would even contact the List Agents to find out every detail she could about the home before we would get to the showing appointment! Patient, resourceful, knowledge of the market, going out of her way, and on top of everything - just some of the things that come to mind when I think of our experience while working with Laranda. You will feel like you are her only client, and she will also treat you like family! We could not imagine using anyone else! Would HIGHLY recommend using Laranda as your Realtor! I know we will use her again if needed!!

Laranda is very nice, professional and dedicated to make sure that you get the most money for your house. She went out of her way to travel up to Toledo (she lives an hour away), to personally check on me, and ensure that I was making progress on my house in order for me to get the price I wanted. She is very communicative, and you feel like she is right by your side throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was left hanging, because Laranda was always there for me professionally, and as a friend (emotionally). When I was going through a rough time, Laranda physically came over to my house to help me fix up the things I needed help with. She is a go-getter, and went above and beyond for me! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to be by my side. I myself have a lot of anxiety in general, but Laranda said "Ana, just put your trust in me," ....and she delivered above my expectations. I highly recommend anyone to work with Laranda. You will not be disappointed! :)

For the past few years, I am happy to say Laranda has been my realtor. She has sold 3 homes for me in the past few years and made my renting my current home possible.
