In 2007 I made one of the best decisions of my life by moving to Happy Valley. We considered many other places but fell in love with State College the first time we drove into town. I love the sense of small town…running into friends at the grocery store and children walking home from school but equally important to me is the excitement and energy that is here...broadway musicals come to town, football weekends make the town nearly burst at the seams and a ton of opportunity and diversity is brought through Penn State. It did not take long for me to call this home. Whether it looks like you may be moving to town, having to pack up and head on your next adventure, or are ready to consider your next Happy Valley home, I'd be delighted to walk alongside you. I am passionate about this place, the people, the homes and the community. My husband, Shawn Carter and I are parents to 5 incredible kids. They make us laugh, challenge us each and every day and give us great purpose. When we are not busy with real estate we love to check out local festivals, eat good food, cheer on PSU sporting events and spend time with friends and family. Some of my favorite things include the changing seasons, cooking, long walks, traveling, dancing and kettle corn…but near the top of this list is my job. I am passionate and driven to provide exceptional experiences for my clients. I recognize the importance of attention to detail; I have a strong commitment to integrity and boldly advocate for my clients through collaborative negotiations.
