Lara is the most brilliant agent! When we asked her to assess our home, she went into extra detail by pulling multiple homes to prove her price analogy was accurate. I had already had others look into listing it. I never dreamed our home was worth as much as she did. No one came close to her expert analogy. She took professional pictures, her expense. I had already moved out of state. She came every morning, and then each night to “open” and “close” my home for showings. She sent updated reports keeping us informed of all the other homes in our area and also how ours was showing, what was selling and more. When we received offers, she gave excellent advice on which offer was better and more beneficial for us the seller and proved she had OUR best interest in mind. I can’t express how capable and competent she was from listing, showing to closing. I will only use Lara in the future to buy or sell a property for me. Excellent experience! Our home sold for exactly what she projected. She is so professional. We just can’t thank her enough!
