We lived in Pennsylvania and needed to re-locate to the Jacksonville area. I was shopping the housing market on Realtor.com and contacted Lara when I found something I was interested in. After looking at a few, Lara went to check them out, but we couldn't make a deal. I saw 1221 Bee St N come on the market and Lara went the next day and gave us a video walk through.
