We had been scouring through the real estate sites, like Zillow, for a few months and saw a lot of houses that we liked but nothing jumped off the screen at us at first. After contacting Lara and talking about our budget, location preference and what we were looking for in a home, she set us up to receive emails from the MLS website that matched our guidelines. We looked at 7 houses the day that we found our new home. Lara made the counter offer process very easy and offered excellent advice on what to counter with, why and what to ask for in return from the seller, additional to just the sale. We were under contract on Christmas Eve all thanks to Lara being always available. Over the next couple of weeks she answered all of our questions regarding what’s next, anything else we need to do, who else needs to be called and when each step needed to be completed by. Her knowledge of the current market, what to look for and to avoid in a home, her professionalism and how personable she is made our home buying experience stress free and fun. I knew I wanted Lara to list my mom's house (my siblings and I had inherited) the first time I met her. She is truly a professional. Lara was there every step of the way to make sure that everything went smoothly, she was honest did not try to sell me but directed me with her years of Real Estate knowledge. We looked at waterfront condos, from Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Jax Beach. We lived in Pennsylvania and needed to re-locate to the Jacksonville area. I was shopping the housing market on Realtor.com and contacted Lara when I found something I was interested in. After looking at a few, Lara went to check them out, but we couldn't make a deal. I saw 1221 Bee St N come on the market and Lara went the next day and gave us a video walk through.
