Laquana was very professional from Day 1. She answered ALL of our questions LOL. We had so many questions but she made sure to get answers for us every single time. She was so patient with us having never sold a house before, we had no idea what to expect. She guided us and we could tell she was always putting our best interest first. She provided us with a professional photographer who made our home look stellar on the listing. We had showings booked within an hour of posting our coming soon page and we had an offer on Day 1 of officially placing the house on the market. We ran into a hiccup once we were under contract (from the buyer's side) and Laquana fought for us, she knew the ins and outs of the contract and did not back down. Closing was a breeze!
