In the beginning of our home buying experience my husband and I were not sure we’d be able to buy a home. Lannie made us feel at ease through the application process and communicated with us effectively! Once approved, Lannie asked for our checklist of what we are looking for in a home and got right to work! She was ALWAYS up for questions or concerns and made the home buying experience SO EASY! My husband and I let her know multiple times that we never thought it would be so easy or as quick as it was to go through this process, it really surprised us. Not only was Lannie’s knowledge and expertise exactly what we were looking for; she was always dressed professional and had THE BEST attitude every time we would meet with her. We looked at a lot of houses, but she would always make sure to work with our schedules, even if it meant driving back and forth multiple times. My husband is also a veteran and she was able to navigate us through the VA loan ecxpectations easily. I will ALWAYS recommend her for anyone’s home buying/selling needs. We can not thank her enough for helping us get into the home of our dreams! We are still in shock that we are homeowners and Lannie was a HUGE part of that. Thank you Lannie!

Lannie was a great communicator and super helpful, fast and knowledgeable. She made everything super smooth, easy and painless. She was on top of all the paperwork and super helpful with getting vendors to help out with the sale. She was very transparent about everything and if something was not correct she made sure it was fixed right away. Super flexible with meeting in person or over the phone.
