My experience with realtors wasn't that great. I asked to see homes by other realtors and some didn't show or made excuses not to show us the homes we wanted to see. Lanie was the opposite. She showed my wife and I EVERY home we wanted to see without hesitation. She would respond as soon as we ask for ANYTHING. She even replied while on vacation. Lanie was fantastic to work with. We were looking for a second home in North Carolina and we were short on the time we would be there so the houses we couldn’t get to to look at, Lanie went out of her way to record walk thru videos for us. She worked tirelessly searching for houses for us that fit the general guidelines we gave her. And found us a house that fit all the requirements we gave her. Once we closed on the house she helped us with suggestions on who to call for the work we needed to have done. She really is the best realtor we have ever dealt with.
