Lani was a Godsend! We were new to the Orlando market and knew very little except a radius we needed to be in. Lani helped us every step of the way. She kept within our price range, and helped guide us through the 3 offers we made. She helped us avoid some pretty big issues (there was an undisclosed sinkhole in one of our “accepted offer” properties) and on more than one occasion, she went out and previewed a property for us when time was short and we couldn’t go with her. Lani is a great realtor; she is honest, knowledgeable, and super responsive. Going into the house buying process can be stressful but working with Lani made it so much better. Any time I had a question about anything in the process she would respond very fast. That helped a lot because in this seller's market the requests from the seller can be a time crunch and having a realtor who responds fast is key. In addition, Lani is great at negotiating and knowing what things will make your offer stand out. I was able to get my house for 12,000 dollars under the asking price and at the appraised value. Also, I was able to get 3,000 dollars in seller concessions. This was all thanks to Lani's negotiating skills. With that in mind, Lani's judgment was right from the beginning on what the value of the property was based on the experience she has. Moreover, signing the required documents was very simple and any questions I had about the document Lani was ready to answer. This is the third real-estate transaction with Lani and each one (sale/sale/purchase) has gone as planned.
