My wife and I were relocating to the DFW metroplex from overseas when we were referred to Lani. We were introduced virtually and Lani was outstanding with supporting our remote search. She was willing to visit all sorts of properties at a moment's notice and send extensive photos and videos or structure her visits to align with our overseas time zone and do video calls to virtually walk us through the home. Once we found the home we wanted she was professional through the transaction ensuring all parties were doing their part and worked diligently to ensure closing came and went on schedule. Afterwards, she once again went above and beyond as were overseas and she made herself available to take possession of keys and monitor the seller's agreed repair work. Lani helped make the best of a rather stressful experience of buying a home while living overseas and the challenges of Covid wreaking havoc with the sellers' desires to open up their homes.
