My family had a piece of property in Napa that was loved for many years but alas no one could afford to by the other beneficiaries out. The money from the sale of the ranch was needed to care for our 85 yr old mother who needed 24 Hr care . Lani recognized the urgency of the situation. She advised us on a clean up plan along with some stating. We closed escrow in Feb. of 2022 this year. We sold the home in less than 6 months including a huge clean up effort.
