We have two small kids and she truly helped us every step of the way, and we felt that she really looked out for ours and my family's best interest. Lani was very patient, very knowledgeable, professional to work with and a good listener, with both my wife and I's very busy schedule, she was able to accommodate us both even at the latest hour, to serve and cater to us when it is best convenient for both of our schedule.
