Laney worked diligently to support us before during and after both our purchase and sale. He was always available day or night any time. Laney is superbly professional and knowledgeable. His experience simply can’t be beaten. We were able to successfully sell our home well over asking price. Laney made the whole process so easy for us by promptly sending all documents to us immediately as they became available. He also supported us with advice and resources when we encountered undisclosed issues with the new home we purchased. He even came out late in the evening when we identified an undisclosed water leak at the new home so that he could advise us on how to proceed.
