I found Lane to be extremely responsive and open. She was always able to work around my schedule to show me dozens and dozens of homes. Even once I completed closing, she was there to help me work out some issues that came up within 24 hours of moving in to my new home. She was absolutely fantastic and really listened to what I was looking for.

Although I never met Lane face to face with me living in Georgia, she was a great help to me and my daughter who lives in Florida! She was very courteous and knowledgeable about everything! I was delighted with the assistance I received from Lane. Unknown to me there were hidden issues with the house that came out in the sale process that I was afraid might severly impact the sellability and price of the property. However she assisted me in hosestly promoting the house for a fair price for both the buyer and myself and came up with a creative way to sell the property quickly, which was very important to me. I have been a real estate investor for almost 35 years and have dealt with a number of realtors over that time frame, however, Lane has been the best that I have had the pleasure to work with. Her honesty, both to me and to the buyer inspired confidence and made me willing to follow her suggestions which ended up with me recieving 4 contracts to chose from, including one cash offer, which I accepted, where we closed in one week. We met Lane Jeter Manis on a Sunday last year when we were driving around the Springfield area just looking at older homes and admiring the renovations that had stood in disrepair for years. At the time, we were in the process of finding another home to rent and really had no intention of buying anything. Me and my partner couldn’t seem to get on the same page and had been looking for months all around Jacksonville but could not agree on which property to rent. As we walked the neighborhood we spoke with one of the owners who was working on a renovation and he suggested that we speak with Lane, a real estate agent, who lived across the street. I was reluctant since it was a Sunday and didn’t want to bother her but my partner is much bolder than I am and he left a message on her door stating that we were interested in looking around this area. It wasn’t even 5 minutes later when she called back and led us on a tour of the available houses that needed renovations. It was then that we really started to consider buying a fixer upper and we continued to work with Lane in finding a home that was suitable for us. And yes, we did buy a home and Lane represented us as our agent. I can only say that she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. So professional, courteous and helpful with only our best interest at heart. I do regret that Lane spent several months assisting us in our search and negotiating on our behalf and we ended up buying a home that only yielded a very small commission for her but she continues to keep in touch and she would definitely be the only real estate agent we would consider if we decided to purchase another home.
