Lane Farr is definitely the best realtor we’ve ever gone with. Not only is he always there when we have questions or concerns, he brought breakfast over closing day for the kids and me, gave a sweet closing rebate, plus only charges 1% instead of 3% like most of the others. We will most definitely use him again in the future if we decide to move. Also, he’s a pastor. Definitely a plus for sure because he was always praying with us and for us.
