Lane Etheridge

I recently purchased a condo in Wenatchee (sight unseen)from my living room in Davenport, Florida. I was lucky to get to work with Lane! I looked at several homes and while the pictures on Zillow were very good, Lane took time to video a walk through of each home I was interested in. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision. I can’t wait to be able to complete my move!

Lane is the most attentive, considerate and kind fellow that we are so thankful to have worked with! This is the third home we have purchased and because of Lane, it was the absolute smoothest process. He thought of everything ahead of time and took care of whatever was needed on his own with needing very little assistance from us. That alone was a game changer! We have never met Lane prior to this experience but we now consider him a friend and cannot wait to have him come to our new home for dinner. People like Lane, that's what makes this community great!
