Lane's professional knowledge and her honesty is great. She started out the process as a new realtor to us and fast became a friend.

She was very responsive and called us whenever anything was needed to be addressed with the house. Lane handled all negotiations for us so we didn't have to deal with a lot of detail and it made it easier for us as we were in transition. She knew the numbers we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. She handled almost everything for us including any last minute repairs or inspection needed.
