My experience with Ms. Landy was quite interesting she found me the perfect townhome to apply for a mortgage. My only concern I had is the advocating for me as much as I would have liked. I had to insert myself when the loan processor and team was not moving with haste with my unique situation. I felt she could have done more in my personal opinion, however she did a good job and I’m happy as the end result. The property also felt my grievances and assisted with more in my closing cost due to my unique circumstances.
