Landin is always thorough, takes his time, crosses his T's and dots his I's and will always make sure you're taken care of by himself or one of his team members (SPENCER - Spencer ROCKS!) I used Landin for the purchase of my first home and now the sale. There was no big hiccups or issues during the process so that made it much less stressful. Even though my property is probably on the cheaper end of the Colorado scale, he STILL treated it as if we were selling a million dollar home. Gooooo Landin!!
