Landen proved to be a wonderful agent in my search for a home in what I will call the greater Sandusky area. As an out-of-town buyer the search would likely be different. I made one trip to the area to view some homes, four in one day, in different cities. Landen was able to schedule these in a nice order. Later in that visit I provided other properties of interest, and those were scheduled as well on very short notice. After leaving the area Landen provided video tours of other properties of interest as we tuned the search criteria. The videos were a nice service since I was not in or near Ohio. My goal was to find a house about 1400 square feet, close enough to Lake Erie to travel for fishing/boating, and in a certain price range. Landen provided valuable information on various properties of interest which were eliminated due to size, price, location, maintenance requirements, etc. as we tried to meet my goals and requirements. We shared much information via text message. His response was always in a timely manner. Landen drove many miles as my search included the areas of Fremont, Oak Harbor, Port Clinton, Sandusky, Huron, and Vermillion. I am appreciative of his efforts and knowledge of the different areas and also his enthusiasm in aiding in my search. I would highly recommend Landen for those needing an agent in the Greater Sandusky area.
