Lancelot is a competent business like agent. If you need something done, he gets it done quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant and easy to work with also.
If I could give Lance 10 stars I would he's that good. He was with us every step of the way. Asking us questions from the very beginning to drill down on our needs. Didn't waste our time with showing properties that were not to our standard. When we finally read on new construction he was quick with options and introduced us to the right people. His entire team is above board and never once left our side. Even after closing and moving in, he checked in days later with us to see how things were going and if there's anything else he could do. If they were such a thing, Lance would be your favorite realtors favorite realtor.
Lance sold me the whole hand holding ticket. It worked! Unfortunately it was so far from my actual experience. I asked to be kept informed. How many showings, feedback positive or negative. Not one call. I had to call him. He never returned to the property after i had a signed the contract. Being out of state it would have been nice to know he was watching over my vacant property. I only heard from him when he needed me to docusign, or track down info. from the HOA. Never even called to let me know the sale was complete. The title company sent me a beautiful congratulations! I could go on. I think it’s clear I was very dissatisfied, disappointed, he didn’t provide the basic client service anyone would expect.

Working with Lancelot and his team went as well as it possibly could have! Katelin, who I mainly worked with, was always extremely responsive and with me every step of the way in getting my home sold and also helping me to find a new home to buy. Lancelot gave me excellent advice on how to help me sell my home quicker and for the best price possible. They really are a great team! They had my full trust and it was not misplaced. Katelin is the absolute BEST! Every text, phone call and email was responded to pretty much immediately. She was there for me 24/7 and I needed a lot of help. When issues arose, she fought for me every step of the way and made sure I was fully represented. I had no idea what I was doing (buying and selling a home at the same time) and Katelin made it seem like it was the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. She also has many contacts and does not leave you hanging when it's time for appraisals and inspections, and all those sorts of things. She even helped me find an amazing mortgage lender. I highly recommend Katelin for all your real estate needs!
