Home Sale and Townhome Purchase

Lance was our realtor for the sale of our home and the purchase of our townhome. He was responsive, direct and honest in all of our dealings. Some unexpected challenges arose during the home sale and Lance was proactive in helping to sort things out and resolve the issues. A sense of humor was occasionally called for and he didn't disappoint.
