Very knowledgeable about the local area and market trends, always available for questions, provided all the info and suggestions I needed to make the best decisions for my personal situation and Lance helped me get a great selling price with his excellent presentation of the property. All around great experience and definitely not my last deal with this team.

Lance is very knowledgeable in the housing market. He took your input at each of the properties and was able to pick out properties that he thought that you would like based on your input. He had a keen insight for knowing what you liked and did not like based on how you responded to a certain property. Always willing to show any property on your timeline. Very knowledgeable of the area and was able to apply that to what my needs were.

Lance helped every step of the way. He tried to offer informed advice without arguing against what we wanted to do. He offered informed data on comparable sales and helped give us a sense for buyer activity which we couldn't otherwise get from out of town. He took care of some very important details to make sure we go to a successful close despite a few unfortunate problems that arose at the last minute.

Lance was the ultimate professional. To say he was very patient with us would be an understatement. Due to family obligations in Virginia, it took us about one and a half years to buy a condo. Throughout this time period Lance continued to keep us updated on available units and market conditions while not putting any pressure on us. When we were finally able to buy, Lance provided valuable assistance with the purchase process. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Lance as a realtor.
