Lance was awesome during our entire experience. He was always there to make sure the bumps were worked out prior to us stressing about them. He was there for the entire inspection (all 3 hours), helped coordinate the appraisal process, showed up timely and with a great attitude to our final walk through and sat right next to us through out our entire closing. Highly recommend!
Lance was very good to work with,he put a lot of time in the sale to get me a fair price definitely a hard worker lance checked the house,added water to the ponds when needed,and let me know if there was any problems, I would recommend him to a friend.
