When I decided to sell our home, I was still working full time and my adult disabled son was home alone 50+ hours per week. Due to his disability, I was very concerned about his safety. I interviewed at least 6 or 7 agents, but Lance Ulrich of Century 21 was a pretty easy choice as he said he lived very close and OFFERED to schedule potential buyer visits when HE was available to come and walk my son to the park across the street, stay with him during the visit, and walk him back home after they left. He was the only person I interviewed who "got" my concerns. In the end, he got the job because of his compassion and empathy. I have never regretted my choice...even though the house took a while to sell. I believe our home was unique enough that we just had to wait for the right buyers.
