Wow, where do I begin. This man is very knowledgeable about the housing industry. I spoke to him on Friday afternoon and I had houses to view by Friday evening. Lance was very professional and he communicates well. He always asked me if I needed him to explain anything in greater detail to let him know. He was prompt to all of my house showings. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process even when he did not need to. I will refer Lance to only my family and friends who are serious about their home buying shopping.
