If you are looking for a realtor who actually cares, look no further than Lance. He guided me through a very stressful and overwhelming process with so much patience and heart. From accurately taking notes during my endless rambling to being right there by my side at closing to make sure I felt safe, he went above and beyond. Lance is the furthest thing from a 'salesperson.' He is a neutral, unbiased advisor who took the time to answer every single one of my questions (even the random ones!).
