I had the unfortunate task of being the Executor if the estate for my late my. This included selling her house that's 3 hours from where I live. I had used Lance to sell my house in Denver before so figured what the hell I will give him a shot again. He helped my tough situation out tremendously. He went above and beyond. He was always a bucket of information. His professionalism got me through some tough moments. I would think of using anyone else ever again.
