I have worked with Lance in the capacity him being a buyer's agent and a seller's agent for a total of six (6) transactions. He is well versed in most neighborhoods of Southern California. As a buyer's agent, Lance was incredibly diligent and patient with listening to AND FOLLOWING our particular property guidelines. He knows not to waste his client's valuable time only showed us the types of properties we were specifically interested in. And yet, if he thought there was a property that might be suitable (that was not in perfect alignment with our requests), he would still let us know about great deals he thought were worth looking at. In the end Lance knew exactly how to write the winning offer on properties (that had multiple offers,) and still got us within the reasonable price we were looking to pay. As a seller's agent, I could not recommend anyone being better than Lance. He knows how to do in-depth market research to get the most qualified buyers looking at it. On each sale we did with him, we had so many offers that were well above our asking price, we were able to find exactly the right person to sell our home(s) to. I would use Lance as my agent again without hesitation and highly recommend his services.

5 stars are not enough. We give him 6 stars for helping 2 seniors sell a home for the first time. We interviewed several agent candidates, but the winner was Lance for a simple reason: every time we asked for something he gave it to us promptly. Others seemed to be stuck on the information we wanted. Not our man, Lance. If anyone needs help to relax during the trying process of buying or selling, he's your man.
