As a first time home selling client there were many aspects to the process I needed to understand and make decisions on. Having Lance as my realtor we sat in the very beginning at length to discuss my interests and how I felt the home sale should move forward. Lance explained in detail the processes involved and the steps in between needed to reach a closing date. It was a lot to take in at first but I have to say Lance took his time and never made me feel uneasy. Its a step by step process that at times can make you feel overwhelmed. Lance possessed the patience to keeping me on track and guiding me as I needed to achieve certain goals. Lance was also instrumental in recommending an attorney in my area close to me that I could use whom he worked with in the past. This was a big help to me and did use one of his recommendations. Bottom line...Lance is knowledgeable and a professional realtor who does go the extra mile for his clients. Lance showed me comp data that convinced me to put my home on the market at a price where it would sell quickly, which was my goal. We got an offer within a few days of going to market, and after a brief negotiation, we agreed upon the full asking. Closing happened ~8 week later. since I had already moved more than 100 miles away, Lance was called upon to be my local representative with local agencies and the occasional craftsman. He significantly reduced the stress of conducting the sale "from a distance". I would gladly work with him again.
