Lance Anderson grew up in Manhattan, KS where he learned the ins and outs of the auction business from his grandfather. In 2007 Lance came to Fort Scott on a Rodeo scholarship, where he met his wife Meri. Lance and Meri remained in Fort Scott investing in the community. Lance holds an active real estate license with Stewart Tucker Realty of Fort Scott KS and is the owner of Anderson Auction Service based out of Fort Scott, KS, specializing in farms, estates, business liquidations and real estate.

I discovered the property on a commercial real estate website and sent it to Lance. He took over from there gathering pertinent information, scheduling site visits, and ultimately negotiating the seller down to seal the deal. Positive experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
