Lana was absolutely wonderful to work with. She really listens to what you are looking for in a place you want to call home, and she also has great insights into areas and buildings you may not have initially considered. She responded to all emails and calls within minutes, you are never left waiting for a response. She was always on time for appointments, has a wonderful personality and really loves explaining apartments, buildings, areas and even the ins and outs of the whole real estate broker/buyer/renter process. You really feel she's on your side in this crazy process of trying to find a place to live in New York. I would not think of recommending anyone else except Lana to friends and family looking for place to buy/rent.
