Lana Morin Pierce

As a first time home buyer I worked with Lana for purchase of a single family home in Millbrae a few months back, and I'm completely satisfied with the experience. Basically she did everything we could possibly ask a realtor to do - most remarkably, she went to view properties with us (some of them multiple times), and spent quite some time with us explaining disclosure items and discussing offer terms. She is very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question we asked. On top of that, she also replied emails and messages quickly, helped us find properties that met our criteria, and referred us to loan agents. We got our offer accepted at only the second attempt with a reasonable price. I've only worked with one realtor but I couldn't imagine anyone else doing any better.
