My husband and I were looking to buy a home for almost an year but we couldn’t decide on New Construction Vs. Old. And in the aggressively expensive Bay Area market, Lana was a god send. We were hesitant initially but as we got to know her and talked to her, we were amazed at her knowledge and the ease with which she’d helped us understand the pros and cons of the real estate market. She thoroughly researches the market, neighborhood, location, schools, natural light, floor plans, configurations and much more, all the while taking into account our desirability, needs and religious concerns. Once we’d narrowed on the house we’d liked, she was on top of everything. She did her research and advised us appropriately on the offer process and helped us make offers that were comfortably within our budget range. She’d negotiated with the builder and did everything in her power to make our offer a success. She was tactfully aggressive and kept us in the loop all the way through the negotiations, all on a stringent timeline. She was at her best and negotiated a price $210K less than the listing price of the house, and made it possible for us to call the house ‘Our Home.’ The whole process of home buying being a daunting, tiring and draining exercise, with Lana’s help all fell into place more smoothly than any other realtor review we’d heard from friends and family. We firmly believe that it wouldn’t have possible for us to buy the house that we’d seen and loved from the beginning without Lana’s help and her smart handling of offer dynamics. Her dedication and attention and extremely quick and apt responsiveness makes her a great asset in the tiring journey of home buying. We strongly recommend her, especially to all the young and first time home buyers.

Talk about the most hardworking person that I have ever met! Lana really goes above and beyond for her clients. You want that house, apartment, condo or property, you got it! She has magic fingers when it comes to selling and buying houses for her clients. Lana has such a big heart for her clients and is very passionate and dedicated to her work.
