Lana is a wonderful relator, she was available very often to show us houses at odd times because my husband doesn't have a reliable schedule, she worked with us and was spontaneous to show homes, it was very helpful. She was great at letting us know what to expect and helped us out being first time buyers...we didn't have a clue of anything, and she was always available to answer any kind of questions and was okay with texting...which I liked.
