What can we say, Lamar was a professional, knowledgeable and a down to earth realtor who did not pressure us to purchase a home. Despite seeing many houses up and down Long Island for a good 2 1/2 months, Lamar was patient and gave sound advice as if he was purchasing the home for his family. We had a realtor prior to switching to Lamar and the experience was like night and day. From the very first call we felt valued and Lamar didn’t make us feel rushed to see all the homes in 1 weekend to get an offer in. We debriefed after every home we saw and his advice helped us see things we didn’t catch as first time homebuyers. Despite many offers placed, Lamar had our best interest before his own and always negotiated on our behalf for what we wanted. When we finally got an offer accepted he was there every step of the way fielding questions we had guiding us to the finish line. We’re truly happy with our purchase and grateful for the guidance along the way. I’m sure once we’re ready for our next purchase or sell Lamar will be our guy.
