Lamar Jostes was licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 1989.
After 12 years of executive reporting in planning and analysis in the finance industry and strategy consulting in the e-commerce sector, Lamar transitioned into residential real estate. He now applies his knowledge of risk management, insurance, and mortgage origination along with his skills in marketing and business strategies to the residential real estate space.
Lamar’s professional experience provides the skill set that allows him to develop and execute innovative marketing and pricing strategies, lead effective negotiations, and become a sought-out advisor for clients with all their real estate needs.
Lamar is a native Texan, having grown up in rural South Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in accounting. Lamar has lived in the DFW area for over 37 years and currently resides in Lucas with his wife of 22 years and they enjoy raising their son and daughter. He enjoys cross-fit workouts through Camp Gladiator, camping, backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, hunting – most anything outdoors – is actively involved with his church and serves in the community through Boy Scouts of America with his son. Lamar is an Eagle Scout as well.
