I work with both buyers and sellers, and I walk each and everyone of my clients through the many twist and turns in a real estate transaction. With my buyers I help put them in touch with lenders and get them prequalified to purchase a home, and then I work days, nights, weekends until we find your dream home. With my sellers, I like to meet with them as soon as possible, sit down and talk to them, to see what they are hoping to get from selling their home. I put together an easy to understand presentation explaining how I plan to market their home to get the best possible price."
