After retirement I contracted with Laila to rent my condo in Old Town Alexandria while I gave living in the Philippines a shot. She did a fantastic job with the rental, and I found my paradise on a small island. When it came time to sell I didn't consider using anyone else and glad I didn't, the condo just sold! Laila arranged for painters, cleaners, AC repair etc. I didn't even have to make the trip back for settlement. She did a great job and the experience was first class.
