Lacy was great, things moved smoothly

Lacy worked hard from the first day. She understood the tight timeline I was under and responded each time we were thrown a curve ball. As a former General Manager of a sales staff, I wish I would have had her on my staff. She sets a very high standard and is relentless in achieving her goals for her client.

Our home did take some time to sell but did sell for the appraised value. Lacy seemed knowledgeable and was always available to us when needed. Her strongest points in my opinion are her experience and her willingness to stay involved and provide assistance whenever it was needed. We did encounter a few bumps along the way with perspective buyers, but Lacy was able to get us through that to reach a successful sale in the end.

This is our second home purchase with Lacy and we’ve also worked with her on multiple sells. She goes above and beyond every time and this purchase was no different. We will never use another realtor ever. We don’t consider her just our realtor, we consider her a good friend of ours.

She gave us great advice, could answer all our questions, knew the right people to get different maintenance things done to our house, and always communicated promptly.
