Lacy has been amazing from day one.. So this was my first time buying some land so I had no idea what I was getting into.. But when I came in contact with Lacy and the communication we had about the property ansld area was amazing.. So I travel for work so I was not able to met Lacy physically but the phone calls/text back and forth was top notch.. If I had question late night she would always respond with a call or text.. So I wanted to go in with a cash offer but the seller didn't except.. so we did a owner finance for the rest of the portion.. Originally it was going to be $250 a month and I agreed.. BUT a day later she came back to me and said she was able to get $100 off the payment each month and I was amazed.. I never asked her to do that but she went above and beyond for me.. When anybody is looking to sell/purchase anything give Lacy a call.. I'll definitely be using her again for my next buy.. Lacy thought at first I was a scam because I told her my husband is ready to put down a deposit on a house sight unseen. Then in about a week or so I was on a plane from California. She then had to be my advocate while we waited for completion of the Texas house and the California closure. She was very supportive while I sent my “requests” of upgrades etc for her to give to the builder. She was always available though I tried my best not to bother her on the weekends or evenings when I did she was gracious and kind. Lacy worked hard from the first day. She understood the tight timeline I was under and responded each time we were thrown a curve ball. As a former General Manager of a sales staff, I wish I would have had her on my staff. She sets a very high standard and is relentless in achieving her goals for her client.

Our home did take some time to sell but did sell for the appraised value. Lacy seemed knowledgeable and was always available to us when needed. Her strongest points in my opinion are her experience and her willingness to stay involved and provide assistance whenever it was needed. We did encounter a few bumps along the way with perspective buyers, but Lacy was able to get us through that to reach a successful sale in the end.

This is our second home purchase with Lacy and we’ve also worked with her on multiple sells. She goes above and beyond every time and this purchase was no different. We will never use another realtor ever. We don’t consider her just our realtor, we consider her a good friend of ours.
