She walked us through the entire process and was available to answer any questions we had. During this pandemic it has been an adjustment to look at properties let alone put in offers. She was constantly prepared with gloves, sanitizer, foot booties and printed out sheets with the listings where we could write our notes. She's strategic and skilled at putting in competitive offers. She's also kind, patient, friendly, and understanding of how daunting, exciting and nerve-wracking the first time home buying experience can be.
