To start the search I simply sent her a list of things I would need in a home vs things I would want and the very first home she showed me exceeded my expectations. Her communication, especially with me being a first time buyer , was so important and helped everything go so seamlessly. Additionally she helped the process go by so quickly and gave me suggestions on where to find people to hire for things such as my home inspection. Right before closing she also sent the list of all utilities that needed to be switched over to me and that was of ENORMOUS help ( again because this is being my first home) I don’t think I can give high enough praise and I have so appreciated everything she has done for me in this process!
