From the minute I asked Gloria and Allan to represent me in the sale of my home, I believed that the sale would go smoothly. We sat down and reviewed what would happen in the next little while, which they insisted would be short (and they were right). I don''t remember what it's called, but it was put on MLS for agents only for a month while I enjoyed my family without constant showings.
