I originally connected with Lacie to help me with a "1031 exchange". They are a little bit more complicated than a regular sale/purchase. I needed to "exchange" a home in another state (with another real estate agent) and purchase a home with the proceeds in Elk Grove, Ca. Lacie was fantastic! I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and was not always available to preview a home so Lacie was willing to bring my daughter (who lives in Elk Grove) along with the showings. She was wonderful about accommodating my daughter's schedule. She took my daughter to many homes and kept me updated on the status of those homes. I finally found a new construction home and Lacie provided photos and videos of the new home. I decided that was the one and the transaction was flawless. Because I sold a rental home I had to make this property a rental home and Lacie is my property manager. She was there to accept a new refridgerator, let in the blind installer and update me on blind installation. She recommended a landscaper and a contractor as I needed a few things done inside and a backyard to landscape. She is always wonderful about returning calls, updating any paperwork and keeping me in the loop about the new tenants! She secured the tenants within a month!! I can't say enough about how pleased I am will the hard work and dedication Lacie provides her clients. She is extremely patient and willing to answer any and all questions.
