I love LaCher! I am a very particular and picky person and she was so patient with me throughout the months of touring homes. She is also very responsive, none of my text/questions ever went unanswered. So as a first time homebuyer having her in my corner meant the world to me! Especially when it came to the negotiation table. She fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal. I have been living in my new home for a couple months now, and everyday I am grateful to have had LaCher as my realtor! My experience was 1000% made what it was because of LaCher! I am not exaggerating when I say I wouldn’t be a homeowner today if it was not for her being my agent. She knows the ins and outs of the business and educated my wife and I every step of the way. She was very professional and you can tell she loves what she does and helping people get what THEY want is her priority. If we wanted to go visit 5-10 houses in one day she was ready to hop in her car and help map out the best way to go look. She was a sounding board for us many times and also did a good job pointing out points she saw or things we may not have thought of and she did it without pushing any agendas onto us.
