Lachele and her assistant Kharen were great to work with. We sold 2 condo's with them recently. Both were sold quickly and one was over the asking price. Both units were sold at the high end of the market in their neighborhood. Lachele was prompt on getting paperwork to us for review and signature and the whole process was pretty simple.
