My daughter and son in law bought their home...

My daughter and son in law bought their home from Lacey a few years ago. When I decided to sell my home last December, I immediately contacted Lacey because she worked so hard to find them just the right home. My home was listed at the beginning of December of 2018. The first person to see the home made an offer and Lacey negotiated with them until the terms were mutually agreeable. The sale closed on January 2, 2019. Lacey also put me in touch with a person who helped me downsize, who went to the the place I moved in to to determine what would fit and look best, who helped me move, and who put me in touch with people who would paint and clean my home to make it ready for sale. Lacey always returned my calls and emails immediately, she came to me when there were papers to sign, she drove me to and from the closing....she simply gave way more than 100%. She also is a very honest, sincere and nice person. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
